Welcome to the Employment Support Hub
Promoting respect for colleagues’ sexuality, race, age, and gender creates an inclusive, and productive work environment that benefits individuals and organizations alike.
By valuing diversity and dignity, organisations can unlock the potential of their workforce, foster collaboration, and uphold their ethical obligations. Respecting colleagues’ differences is not only the right thing to do ethically but also a legal requirement.
From time to time staff members can fall short of the required standards. Often well intended team members can show a lack of understanding of the issues and how certain language and behaviours can be insensitive and upsetting for others. The purpose of the Employment Support Hub is to provide a suite of interventions for team members whose conduct has not met required standards.
Designed using Cognitive Behaviour Therapeutic principals and developed by a team of subject matter experts and clinical psychologists the interventions help people in their employment.
