What does the programme involve?
The pathway will offer the following:-
- Harm minimisation around substance of choice
- Discussion around offending and consequences
- The offer of being allocated a recovery co-ordinator and being able to access structured treatment
Structured treatment consists of:
- Assessment of need and allocation to a recovery co-ordinator
- 121 work and group work support – looking at reducing risk and achieving care plan goals
- Access to mental health support
- Access to clinical support – Drs and Nurses
- Support to access employment
- Support around any issues keeping a tenancy
- Support to access mutual aid/recovery café
- Access to sexual health support
- Support from local GP – Bevan House
- Access to the NHS dental van
- Women’s only support
- Benefits drop in
