Request to Archive / Delete Referrals

Please use this form to request Service User records to be archived. Cases can be archived when they have not completed the Hub/s as directed, but the customer organisation has decided that they will not be taking action with regards to non-compliance. This will enable customer organisations to separate such cases from 'live' cases.

Please note, Deletion requests should only be made for cases that were referred by mistake (e.g. duplicates) or that have been deemed unsuitable and have not started (e.g. no access to technology, poor literacy). Archive requests should be made for cases that have not complied, but where Police have made the decision not to take any further action.
