Change Grow Live (CGL) – Adult male aged 18 and above (Non-Domestic Abuse cases) pathway available for any out of court resolution

 Leeds CGL are based at Duncan House Leeds.

Leeds CGL offer up to three mandatory intervention appointments with a case manager who conduct assessments and make referrals to other relevant services, e.g. Forward Leeds if required.

People attending for conditional cautions are offered time framed support if support needs are identified at assessment for ongoing support.

CGL offer advice and support on:

 · Attitudes, thinking and behaviour, as well as helping to develop coping strategies and resilience.

· Support to explore accommodation and housing options.

· Employment, training and education opportunities.

· Reducing the harmful effects of drugs and alcohol.

· Accessing benefits and information around how to deal with finances, debt and gambling.

· Looking after mental and physical health and wellbeing.

· Links to community support groups and support from people who share similar life experiences.
